Sugar, A Boston Terrier Portrait

Sharing what is on the easil right now. This is a portrait of a Boston Terrier named Sugar. Today I am working on the foliage in the foreground and adding some details on the barrel/bucket. It is the firsrt time that I did a complete wash in burnt umber and roughed in all the shapes. Now that I've done that, I don't think I can go back! Anyway, hope you enjoy! Oh, it will be a 16x16 framed portrait.
